Without any way for DAO based non equity/debt tokens to register OR multi-currency crypto platforms to register WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE INNOVATIONS enabled by being a digital platform, your SEC rules are destroying innovation and pushing entrepreneurs offshore by the thousands.
