@aidashutiaozi· 4 months agoRT @cocoethweb: Hello,I’m celest,a market maker girl happy Chinese new year 快要返工，因为身边一直有些朋友对mm/市值管理/做市商感兴趣约我时间交流来着。秉持着分享的想法就写了一下。 1，mm的合作模式有两种，loan（借贷模式）和retainer（固定费用模式）。前者项目方提供一定数量的代币作为借贷给做市商。后者项目方按月或支付做市商固定费用。不同模式各有优劣，选择哪种模式取决于项目方的流动性需求、预算以及长期战略。有些项目也会选择混合模式，结合两者特点来优化做市效果。一般那种上了一线交易所的项目都是同时找了三四家mm在做。 2，mm的竞争越来越大，只有增加的没有减少的，据我所知的见过的就是大几十家，还不包括一些新兴的，小的不知名的，注意到Teddyac01这两天透露了他今年要做一个新的mm品牌，至于知名的几家大家都耳熟能详了，wintermute，amber，dwf，gsr，jump，gotbit，ZMQ，cls，b2c2…… 还有korons，myrrha，redline，lighting，ciaoai…… 总之太多太多了 3，项目方找对mm很重要，你要清楚的知道做市是极其重要的。你不好好的了解清楚再决定是无比愚蠢的。被mm坑的项目方也是不计其数。 有些项目方会在初期的时候选择bot去做mm，优点是便宜，低至几百u，但是非常的耗费精力，你需要自己24h盯，还有被套利的风险，每个月损耗几千u几万u的得不偿失，我这边接了好多个从bot转过来的项目方客户。还是那句话，专业的事交给专业的人做。 4，mm找准自己的定位很重要，每家mm都不一样，风格，手法，合作模式，底线，优势，有的mm出于安全因素考虑是不做中国和某些地区的客户的，有的mm是纯bot模式，又称傻瓜机器人，需要你自己去手动设置调试，有的是主动做市商有的是被动做市商。 有的mm主做链上流动性，有的cex才是他们的主战场。有的风格是暴力拉升砸盘，有的mm还做合约的做市商。有的mm是配资做市的。有的mm是配喊单的。有的mm又投项目又做项目…… 5，真实的mm团队就是写策略的，搞技术的，做交易的，24h三班倒盯盘的。大过年春节也是不休息的。一年365天在线。 top5的mm，不点名哪家了，现实情况是他们团队就5个人在跑。 6.品牌溢价。懂得都懂。mm的头部效应也是很强的。 7，mm营销哪家强，币圈的营销懂得都懂，前有总统发币后有高中生塞内盘直接毕业，so一些mm的营销看看就得了 8，mm最基础的服务和作用，提供流动性，就是填补买卖订单之间的空白，在交易市场上买卖双方的需求往往是不对等的，你想买但不一定有人愿意在你想要的价格卖你想卖但不一定有人愿意在你想要的价格买，让市场流动更顺畅，交易更公平，价格更稳定。即刷量，做盘口和深度，接第六条，其实有的时候你找对人，一半的价格也能得到相同的服务 9.项目方不要想白嫖。遇见的有的客户也是蛮无语，一顿cpu，说自己的项目和社区多么多么牛掰，就是不想出做市的一分钱。你要真那么自信你干嘛不自己做了？ 10，专业的事留给专业的人做。 怎么拿筹码，怎么放消息，怎么配合市场和运营去做，什么点位该出，什么时候要蹭热点。怎么运营叙事。全流程做市从pump到dex到cex，每一步怎么接上。 11，不要逼问mm做过的项目，能说自然就说了，这个东西不解释。 12，费用问题，case by case，接第一条，项目自己去和mm谈，看最后谈成一个什么条件，具体项目具体分析，项目方要拿出百分之多少的代币多少的u出来做市，项目方想达到一个什么预期，以及谈好后期分润，mm拿几个点。三七，四六，二八还是五五。 最后 我的tg：CelestChow，欢迎交友联系 新年快乐 开工大吉 Let’s make waves in web3 together keep building 谢谢您的一键三连❤️
