@cz_binance· 28 days agoWe should use AI to simplify laws. Laws in most countries are gigantic, patched, added, and often intentionally made complex over time (by lawyers). They are also often self-conflicting (great for long debates), and impossible to understand by a normal person. Implementing them (court cases) takes years. Not against lawyers. But their time can be used on more productive things, like more business deals, more innovation, more progress.

You can pay $1k (in most major cryptos) to an agent to submit an application for a golden visa. No guarantees, but if you are worth your salt, there is a high chance you will get it. @cz_binance· about 1 month agoIs this 👇 real? It would be awesome IF it is true. But I got conflicting info so far. Some say: this is just so that they charge you $35k to pass your application to an agent, who usually only charge $1k fee. The website seems to give the impression that "$35k + $100k staking" guarantees a golden visa. It's not clear if this is true. The language is not very explicit. Some say: this was "approved" by the RAK (Ras Al Khaimah Emirate) DAO. I have not been able to verify with an official source yet. Some say: regulators VARA, ADGM and SCA all said staking is a regulated activity and the Ton foundation don't have the required licenses. There are no official gov website with the "stake Ton for golden visa" update. The UAE officially offers Golden Visas under these categories: 1.Real estate investment ≥ AED 2 million 2. Business investment or tax contributions ≥ AED 250,000/year 3. Entrepreneurs with UAE-approved ventures 4. Skilled professionals with salary ≥ AED 30,000/month 5. Outstanding talent, scientists, creatives 6. Retirees, students, etc. The Golden Visa is great. And category 5 or 6 is broad. A minister offered me a golden visa when I first arrived in UAE. It worked great. Not sure which category I fell into, probably Retiree 😂. I subsequently bought an apartment in Dubai so that I didn't "owe" anything. This program would be awesome if it was true. I didn't want to bug too many "official" friends on a Sunday. Feel free to comment below if you have reliable info.

@cz_binance· about 1 month ago@Q8Three And a few other markets around the world. I heard about a few different companies doing this. So far, none are driven by me/us. But we are extremely supportive. BNB is a public blockchain native coin, not "linked" to Binance Holdings Ltd or Binance CEX.

@cz_binance· about 2 months agoPeople who trade with large visible orders WANTS you to see it. They know you can. It's advertising, and/or a psychological game. You just have to figure out if you should do 1 or 2 levels of reverse thinking.😂 Most traders I know don't want to show their real orders.🤷♂️

@cz_binance· about 2 months agoIt's a feature everyone (who have assets on a platform) will need once. Self custody requires quite a bit more setup to get this right. I talked about it in "Keep Your Crypto #SAFU (CZ's Tips)" blog post.

Every platform should have a ‘will function’—so that when someone is no longer around, their assets can be distributed to designated accounts according to specified proportions. Regulatory frameworks should also allow minors to have accounts (they can be restricted from trading, but should be allowed to receive funds).”
