
Roy Liu
Roy started his career as a mobile game developer in 2006 and walked through different phases of producing award winning mobile game titles, building a platform startup from scratch to scale, and heading the business expansion of one of the top mobile game platforms in the world. In 2012, Roy joined Chartboost, overlooking the business expansion in Greater China regions. In 2014, Roy joined Forgame, so-called "Zynga for China", a publicly traded company in Hong Kong stock exchange where Roy was in charge of the global expansion. In 2015, Roy joined Linekong, serving VP of global business and President of the Linekong's US office, where he was in charge of everything including M&A, production, publishing, licensing, etc. Roy built an all start team from scratch with talents from the game industry including Zynga, Rockstar, Lucas Arts, EA, MZ, Dreamworks, Disney, etc. As an early member of the Tron team, he turns his fun mobile game product experience into helping mobile game developers acquire valuable users or monetize the traffic of mobile games through Chartboost's huge network of games. Previous to that, Roy was one of the early members of PopCap Games mobile team and contributed to Plants VS Zombies iOS, the twice winner of iTunes Rewind 2010, 2011. Also he helped on producing other titles like Bejeweled, Zuma, Peggle and Chuzzle on multiple mobile platforms.
